CRAFTING OUR ORIGINAL TASTE

The Bullcook had to make sure that he had a brew for every kind of lumberjack to enjoy, so he came up with this diverse range  to keep all his lumberjacks and jills hoppy.

For himself he brewed a blonde…

The Bullcook Blonde is a spicy malted wheat beer, murky in colouring. It has a strong clove taste with just a hint of banana and lemon. This beer is mildly accented and not a bitter beer as no hops are used.

For the Land Looker he brewed the lager…

The Land Looker Lager is based on a classic pilsner, but with the delicate fruitiness of an ale. Light- bodied and full of flavour, this is a very balanced beer, hoppy, without being too bitter.

For the Axe Man he brewed the pale ale…

The Axe Man Ale is a classic style – the spicy, punchy, aroma & taste shouts hops! Although yeast, water and grains are used as in any beer, these ingredients take a back seat, showcasing the beer’s hoppy flavour.
